The world's leading industrial nations are wrapping up their summit in Japan... before the end of the three day meeting, they invited the Group of Five emerging economies - China, India, Mexico, South Africa and Brazil - to join them for talks. One of the issues - whether the growing economic might of these countries should lead to the creation of a G13.
