阿富汗总统决定暂不与塔利班举行会谈

阿富汗总统卡尔扎伊决定暂不与塔利班举行会谈。此前,卡尔扎伊曾在周二宣布将派遣一个代表团前往海湾酋长国卡塔尔与塔利班举行会谈。但是一天之后,卡尔扎伊于周三发表声明表示,只有就阿富汗领导的和平进程举行的谈判,阿富汗才会参加。由于美国也宣布将同塔利班举行会谈,卡尔扎伊因此中止了同华盛顿就签署一项安全协定举行的谈判。该协定旨在将两国间的军事合作延长到2014年。
