阿富汗總統決定暫不與塔利班舉行會談

阿富汗總統卡爾扎伊決定暫不與塔利班舉行會談。此前,卡爾扎伊曾在周二宣佈將派遣一個代表團前往海灣酋長國卡達与塔利班舉行會談。但是一天之後,卡爾扎伊於周三發表聲明表示,只有就阿富汗領導的和平進程舉行的談判,阿富汗才會參加。由於美國也宣佈將同塔利班舉行會談,卡爾扎伊因此中止了同華盛頓就簽署一項安全協定舉行的談判。該協定旨在將兩國間的軍事合作延長到2014年。
