Nach wochenlangen Vorbereitungen wollen die EU-Aussenminister am Montag (23.01.12) ein Oelembargo gegen den Iran verhaengen. Durch die Austrocknung der Finanzierungsquellen sollen Teherans Atomprogramm gestoppt und neue Verhandlungen erzwungen werden.
