俄:安理會已同意敘利亞決議

俄羅斯外交部周六透露,聯合國安理會已經"事實上同意"了就派遣觀察團進入敘利亞以監督停火協議執行情況的決議。據法新社報導,俄駐聯合國大使丘爾金曾表示,他對周五安理會的討論"不很滿意"。相關決議預計會在周六以內作出表決。在敘利亞繼續有暴力衝突的消息傳出後,俄羅斯外交部呼籲"包括反對派武裝"在內的各方保持克制,"嚴格執行安南提出的和平計劃,並為展開廣泛的對話進行努力"。
