1967 ve 2017'de Kudüs
Kudüs'ün statüsü, İsrail-Filistin arasındaki sorunların başında geliyor. Altı Gün Savaşı’nın başlamasının 50’nci yıldönümünde DW Türkçe Kudüs şehrinin 1967 ile 2017’deki hallerini karşılaştırıyor.
Günümüzde Zeytindağı
Kudüs eski şehirin doğusunda bulunan dağın eteğinden bakıldığında eski şehri çevreleyen surlar ve altın kubbeli Kubbet-üs Sahra günümüzde görünür halde. Dağın batısı ve güneyinde bulunan Eski Yahudi Mezarlığı ise adını zamanında üzerine kurulduğu alanda bolca bulunan zeytinliklerden alan yerde yer alıyor. Bu mezarlık Yahudiler tarafından hala kullanılan en eski mezarlık özelliğinde.
1967’de Zeytindağı
Eğer arkada yer alan Osmanlı dönemi şehir surları ve Kubbet-üs Sahra olmasa, izleyenler bu fotoğrafın bir öncekiyle aynı yerden çekildiğini fark etmeyebilir. Bu fotoğraf, Altı Gün Savaşı’nın en yoğun yaşandığı günlerden 7 Haziran 1967 günü çekildi.
Günümüzde Mescid-i Aksa
Gümüş rengi kubbesi ve büyük cemaat alanıyla Mescid-i Aksa, Tapınak Tepesi’nde yer alıyor. Tapınak Tepesi Yahudiler için İncil’de geçen iki ibadethanenin kurulduğuna inanıldığı yer olması sebebiyle en kutsal bölge. Bu tepe, Sünni Müslümanlar için de Mekke ve Medine’den sonra en kutsal üçüncü alan. Tapınak Tepesi’nin kontrolünü kimin sağlayacağı konusunda uzun zamandır gerginlik bulunuyor.
1967’de Mescid-i Aksa
Kudüs’ün en büyük camisi olan Mescid-i Aksa, “en uzaktaki cami” anlamına geliyor. 1967’deki Altı Gün Savaşı’nda Kudüs’ü ve Kudüs’teki kutsal mekanları ele geçirdikten sonra İsrail bölgede sıkı bir denetim uygulamaya başladı. O dönemde liderler Tapınak Tepesi’nin İslami bir vakıf tarafından yönetilmesine karar verdiler.
Günümüzde Şam Kapısı
Kudüs’ün doğu bölümünde yer alan ihtişamlı yapı önemli bir Sur kapısı. Filistin bölgesine sınır niteliği taşıyan Şam Kapısı eski şiehir merkezinin kuzeyindeki kalabalık bir pazar yerine açılıyor. Şam Kapısı son yıllarda Filistinlilerin kanlı terör eylemlerine sahne oldu.

Şam Kapısı 16. yy Osmanlı sur mimarisinin en önemli örneklerinden. Otomobiller ve sokaklardaki kalabalık dışında, fotoğrafın çekildiği 1967'den bu yana fazla değişen bir şey olmadı.
Günümüzde eski şehir
Kudüs'ün tarihi bölümünde adeta bir labirenti andıran Yahudi, Arap, Ermeni mahallelerini Kanuni Sultan Süleyman döneminde inşa edilen bir duvar çevreliyor. Kudüs'ün eski şehri 1981 yılında UNESCO'nun kültür varlıkları mirası listesine alındı.

Bazı şeyler hiç değişmiyor... 1967 yılında çekilen bu fotoğraftan 50 yıl sonra da çocuklar eski şehrin dar sokaklarında simit satmaya devam ediyor.
Günümüzde Ağlama Duvarı
Dünyaca ünlü Ağlama Duvarı bugün Yahudiler için en önemli kutsal bölgeler arasında yer alıyor. Burada sıkı bir güvenlik kontrolünün ardından, kadınlar ve erkekler ayrı ayrı dua ediyor. Dualar ve istekler küçük kağıtlara yazılarak duvara asılıyor. Diğer mezheplerin mensupları için de Ağlama Duvarı kutsal.

1967 yılında çekilen bu fotoğraf Ağlama Duvarı önünde dua eden Yahudileri gösteriyor. 19 yıl boyunca Ürdün kontrolünde bulunan Ağlama Duvarı 1967'de yeniden ziyarete açılmıştı.
