德国餐桌上不得不知道的9件事
德国人讲究吃得好喝得好才能身心健康,精神愉快。德国餐桌上也是种类丰富,其中有9件事是必须了解的。
无酒不欢
小酌怡情。不过喝啤酒小口抿,大概就会少了些味道和气势。德国人很喜欢喝啤酒,年平均啤酒消费量每人达到100升。在德国,一定的限量下,酒后驾车和骑车都是合法的。不过每年也都有10万德国人因为饮酒过量造成的酒精中毒被送医救治。
种类繁多的面包
面包是德国人餐桌上必不可少的组成部分。德国面包的种类超过300种,平均每年每个德国人食用82公斤的面包。据说曾经有远赴东南亚留学的德国学生,由于格外想念家乡的面包而请求亲友千里迢迢带面包前去看望他的故事。
素肠和肉肠
德国人很喜欢吃香肠。平均一年下来,德国人的肉食消费中一半左右都是香肠。据说德国的香肠品种达到1500种。超市里还可以买到专门为素食主义者们提供的豆腐做的素肠。
土耳其肉夹馍
德国人最喜欢的快餐是土耳其肉夹馍。大饼中间夹上烤肉、洋葱、蔬菜和各种酱汁,方便又简单。德国境内总共有超过1.6万家的小吃铺专卖土耳其肉夹馍,累计算下来平均每秒钟就会卖出30个肉夹馍。
天晴就烤肉
太阳出来的时候,德国人不但立刻出动“晒肉”,而且也很钟情于烤肉。例如在波恩的莱茵河畔,特别是到了夏天,天气晴朗的傍晚很多人都聚在河边烤肉喝啤酒聚会聊天。2006年美国前总统小布什来德国访问时,联邦总理默克尔还在自己的政治老家梅克伦堡-前波莫瑞州邀请小布什吃烤肉。
饮用自来水
德国的自来水是可以直接饮用的。虽然不同地区不同城市的水质间还是存在不少的差别,但是直接拧开水龙头,接水饮用在德国已经成为一种习惯。
逛超市
德国人购买食品最常去的地方就是大型超市和地方蔬菜水果农贸市场。面对廉价的大型超市,越来越多的蔬菜小商店难以存活。2014年中国国务院总理李克强访问德国时,默克尔总理还专门带他去逛了一家德国超市,考察一下市场的繁荣程度。
今天你“素”了吗?
10%的德国人是素食主义者,而且这一群体的数量还在不断增长。人们吃素的原因不同。有人是出于宗教信仰,有人是为健康考虑,还有人是为了保护环境。在德国请客吃饭前,主人会专门问一下客人是不是素食主义者,以免在餐桌上遭遇尴尬。
斋戒
在德国境内生活的400万穆斯林当中大约一半的人都会在斋月期间斋戒。不过按照天主教的传统,信徒也应该在狂欢节到复活节之间的40天进行斋戒。不过现在会有不少人只是出于健康的考虑,会利用这个机会暂停吃甜食和饮酒。
