中國官員稱,將改革信訪制度

據美聯社報導,中國官員稱,正改革該國延續了數十年的信訪制度,以便能更有效解決問題。國家信訪辦副主任張恩璽周四(11月28日)在新聞會上表示,要改革信訪工作制度,實現「陽光信訪」,實行網上受理信訪,健全及時就地解決群眾合理訴求機制,建立「涉法涉訴信訪依法終結制度」。迄今,各地公民常長途跋涉去北京,試圖向中央政府直接提出本地冤情,相關信訪制度被認為非常低效,而且,地方官員採用各種手段,阻止信訪人前往北京,其中包括將他們關押在非法的「黑監獄」中。
