中国官员称,将改革信访制度

据美联社报道,中国官员称,正改革该国延续了数十年的信访制度,以便能更有效解决问题。国家信访办副主任张恩玺周四(11月28日)在新闻会上表示,要改革信访工作制度,实现“阳光信访”,实行网上受理信访,健全及时就地解决群众合理诉求机制,建立“涉法涉诉信访依法终结制度”。迄今,各地公民常长途跋涉去北京,试图向中央政府直接提出本地冤情,相关信访制度被认为非常低效,而且,地方官员采用各种手段,阻止信访人前往北京,其中包括将他们关押在非法的“黑监狱”中。
