Chef Ana Ruiz of the AQ Restaurant in Tarragona, Spain, prepares a special octopus meal. She and her husband Quintin Quinsac opened the AQ Restaurant six years ago. Quintin is the sommelier while Ana is in charge of the kitchen and she specializes in seafood with a modern twist. For euromaxx Ana Ruiz cooks octopus with potatos, eggs and sausages.
