à la carte - Knödel dumplings with a meat filling

Knödel are large, wholesome dumplings that are very popular in Austrian, German and Czech cuisine. They are said to have been invented some five thousand years ago in Upper Austria. We meet up with chef Ingrid Pernkopf from a hotel on Lake Traunsee to find out how to make a perfect dumpling with a meat filling.
