Both India and Pakistan have been experiencing extreme heat waves, killing thousands of people. Our correspondent Murali Krishnan was fortunate enough not to lose any friends or relatives, but he does tell us about the hardships these heat waves bring with them for each and everyone in India and Pakistan - hardships which will be compounded during the fasting time of Ramadan.
