Inside Europe - The spiralling violence in Turkey

On Thursday, a radical Kurdish group with ties to the PKK, claimed responsibility for the bomb attack last Sunday in the Turkish capital Ankara, which killed 37 people. It was the third such attack in the city in just 5 months. In just a few short years, Turkey has gone from a success story to a depressed story. Reporter Natalie Carney sends us this Postcard from Istanbul.
