Greeks help refugees in unusual ways

In the past month, more than 450,000 refugees have crossed the Mediterranean Sea to arrive in Greece. The Greek state is overwhelmed by these record numbers and it is often young Greek citizens who are trying to fill the gaps and help out where they can. Because of the ongoing financial crisis in Greece, many Greeks can't give as much as they like. So they are finding alternative ways to help.
