A German statistics platform has ranked the most popular messaging services.
Some banks are supposedly "too big to fail." The G20-affiliated Financial Stability Board (FSB) publishes a list annually which aims to identify these banks. This year's list puts several American banks at the top.
Skype has apparently joined the lengthening list of internet communication tools on China's blacklist, with Apple saying it was ordered to clear its download store of apps that violate national laws.
