朝韩再度就开城工业园区问题进行谈判

朝韩两国的代表周二(9月10日)就重启开城经济特区进行新一轮谈判。韩国首席谈判代表金基雄(Kim Ki Wong)在出发前表示,新的共同委员会将在此轮谈判中磋商如何确保韩方人员未来能在自由的氛围下从事商业活动。上周,由双方各5人组成的该委员会举行了首次会议,但未能就时间表达成一致。谈判的争议点之一是韩方提出的赔偿要求。今年4月,在朝鲜半岛局势加剧的背景下,平壤当局突然封锁开城共同工业园区,并撤走了全部5.3万名朝方雇员,给参与该工业园区的韩方企业带来重大经济损失。上月中旬,双方通过多轮谈判,就重启开城工业园区达成一致,并签署一份原则协议。当时未就赔偿问题作出规定。
