开城工业园区恢复经营

中段5个月后,朝韩开城共同工业园区周一(9月16日)恢复试验型经营。据韩国联合通讯社报道,根据双方达成的协议,所有参与该工业园区项目的韩国企业已通知朝鲜雇员回厂工作,821名韩方人员今天也越境进入位于朝鲜边境一侧的该工业园区。韩国统一部一名发言人表示,何时进入正式生产经营阶段,取决于厂家自己。开城工业园区恢复经营的同时,朝韩双边共同管理委员会继续举行谈判。韩国媒体报道称,有关韩方人员的安全、双边互通信息渠道和结构以及海关事务等问题依然未得到澄清。该工业园区未来也将对国际投资人开放,为此,将创造必要条件。迄今,来自该工业园区的产品在许多国家受到对朝鲜商品的进口限制。
