Technical Advisor for project “Asset and Equity Market Reform” based in Tianjin

职责范围

1. Professional advisory services and project management

- To advise a leading Chinese Asset and Equity Exchange in the area of regulation, auditing and operations

- To develop concepts how to improve the infrastructure of service providers facilitating SOE transactions in an Asset and Equity Exchange

- To support Asset and Equity Exchange staff and management in daily operations

- Capacity building of Government officials and Asset and Equity Exchange staff

- Design, implementation and supervision of project plans and activities

- Development and implementation of consultant and capacity building concepts and approaches

- Research in the area of capital markets and M&A in China

- Project management and knowledge management

2. General Duties

- Providing support to the Project Director by fulfilling administrative tasks

- Supporting the procurement of services and facilities

- Translation/interpreting during meetings, trainings, seminars and workshops

- Supervision of assisting staff assigned to project

申请条件

- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the area of finance and banking (specially M&A, private equity, capital market, investment banking, stock exchange)

- Experiences in training methodology and advisory services

- Fluent in English writing and speaking

- Native Chinese language skills, German language skills would be an asset

- Good talent in dealing with public Chinese officials

- High flexibility, independence

- Mobility for business trips within China and outside China

- Creativity, especially for problems solving

- Good negotiation and coordination techniques

- Teamwork ability
