欧盟议会人权事务委员会主席洛赫比勒认为,中国未来领导人必须停止迫害批评人士,允许更多的言论自由。洛赫比勒刚刚结束对中国为期近一周的访问,她在接受德新社记者采访时,呼吁北京政府取缔死刑和酷刑以及未经司法审判的监禁。洛赫比勒还要求中国未来领导人同西藏精神领袖达赖喇嘛恢复对话。中国共产党将在下周四开始的党代会上更换国家领导人。
