Zaben Zimbabwe zai gudana cikin rigingimu

Kungiyar Amnesty International ta ce zabukan kasar Zimbabwe ka iya gudana cikin wani yanayi na tursasa wa kungiyoyin kare hakkin dan Adam da magoya bayan 'yan adawa.

Kungiyar kare hakkin dan Adam din mai mazauni a birnin London na kasar Birtaniya ta fada a cikin wani rahoto da ta fitar a ranar Juma'a cewa sannu a hankali hukumomin Zimbabwe na fatali da 'yancin fadin albarkacin baki da kuma 'yancin yin gangami.

Ko da yake yawan tashe-tashen hankulan da ake samu gabanin zaben na ranar 31 ga watan Yuli ba su kai na zaben shekarar 2008 ba, amma ana kame masu kira da a gudanar da zaben cikin gaskiya da adalci sannan 'yan sanda na yawaita kai samame a ofisoshinsu suna kwace kayan aiki. Zaben shekarar 2008 dai ya kasance wani lamari na munanan rigingimu da hare-hare a kan 'yan adawa da yayi sanadiyar mutuwar mutane 200 sannan aka kame dubbai a kasar ta Zimbabwe, wadda har yanzu jam'iyar ZANU-PF ta shugaba Robert Mugabe mai shekaru 89 ke iko da dakarun tsaron kasa.

Murkushe 'yan adawa da lauyoyinsu

Noel Kututwa mukaddashin mai kula da ayyukan Amnesty International a nahiyar Afirka wanda kuma ya wallafa rahoton kungiyar game da zaben na Zimbabwe ya ce tursasa wa masu rajin kare hakkin dan Adam a Zimbabwe abin damuwa ne matuka.

"Yanzu haka ana tsare da wata lauya da ta shahara wajen kare hakkin dan Adam a Zimbabwe. 'Yan sanda sun kai samame a ofishinta ba tare da izini ba. Ina ganin kamen wani sako ya aike wa ga lauyoyi gaba daya da ma sauran masu kare hakkin dan Adam cewa muna iya kama ku a duk lokacin da muka ga dama muna kuma iya hana ku yin aikinku na halan."

Binciken 'yan sanda

Jami'an 'yan sandan Zimbabwe sun musanta zargin cewa suna goyon bayan wani bangare. Andrew Phiri shi ne kakakin rundunar 'yan sanda ya fada wa kamfanin dillancin labarun Jamus na DPA cewa ba su lamunta da duk wani dan sanda da ya tauye hakkin dan Adam ba. Ya ce za su gudanar da bincike idan suka samu suna da rana da kuma wuraren da aka aikata laifin take hakkin dan Adam. Amma ya ce babu kanshin gaskiya a cikin rahoton na Amnesty International.

Gangamin magoya bayan Mugabe

Rahoton dai ya yi bayanin batutuwa game da murkushe 'yan adawa. Tun a watan Nuwanban shekarar 2012 'yan sanda sun kai samame daidai har sau biyar a kan ofisoshin kungiyoyi masu zaman kansu. A kan haka a ta bakin Noel Kututwa kungiyarsa ta yi kira ga kungiyar Tarayyar Afirka AU da kuma SADC da su dauki matakan rigakafin aukuwar tashe-tashen hankula a lokacin zaben.

"AU ta tura jami'an sa ido a zabe a Zimbabwe. Kiran da muke ga masu sa ido a zaben shi ne ka da su tsaya wajen kula da zaben kadai, su kuma mayar da hankali a kan batun tauye hakkin dan Adam. Sannan su tabbatar cewa ba a samu wani lamari na keta hakkin dan Adam ba."

A halin da ake ciki kungiyar ta AU ta sanar da cewa tsohon shugaban Najeriya Chief Olusegun Obasanjo zai jagorancin tawagar mutane 60 da AU din za ta tura Zimbabwe domin sa ido a zaben na ranar 31 ga watan nan na Yuli. A cikin wata sanarwa da ta fitar a ranar Juma'a AU ta ce an zabi jami'an ne daga kungiyoyi masu zaman kansu na Afirka da kuma na kasashe membobinta, kuma za su yi aiki tare da wasu jami'anta da tuni suke a Zimbabwen.
