Watsi da bukatar dage zabe a Zimbabwe

Kotun kolin Zimbabwe ta yi watsi da kiran dage lokacin zaben shugaban kasa dana majalisar dokoki.

Kotun kolin kasar Zimbabwe ta yanke hukuncin cewar, zabukan kasar na ranar 31 ga watan Yulin da shugaba Robert Mugabe ya sanya, wadda kuma ta janyo takaddama, hukumomi na da hurunmin gudanar da shi - kamar yadda suka tsara. Kotun kolin dai ta yi watsi da daukaka karar da firaministan kasar ta Zimbabwe, wanda kuma ke zama babban abokin hamayyar siiyasar Mugabe, wato Morgan Tsvangirai ya shigar, ta neman dage lokacin zaben, bayan matsin lamba daga shugabannin kungiyar kasashen kudancin Afirka.

A hukuncin da ya zartar, babban alkalin kasar, mai shari'a Godfrey Chidyausiku, ya ambata cewar, kamata yayi a ci gaba da kokarin gudanar da zaben a ranar 31 ga watan na Yuli, kamar yadda shgaban kasar ya tsara, kuma kamar yadda kotu ta bayar da umarninta cikin hukuncin. Bayan hukuncin kotun ne kuma lauyan shugaba Mugabe, wato Terence Hussain ya bayyana farin cikinsa :

" Ya ce kotu ta fito da hukuncin da dukkan alkalai suka amince da shi wanda hakan ke nuni da cewa kundin tsarin mulkinmu ne ya yi rinjaye."

A dai ranar 31 ga watan na Yuli, kasar za ta gudanar da zabukan shugaban kasa da na majalisar dokokin domin kafa gwamnatin da za ta maye gurbin gwamnatin kawancen da kusan za ce tana yin zaman doya da manja ne a tsakanin shugaban kasa da firaminista, wadda kuma aka kafa a shekara ta 2009.
