Enrique Yamuni Robles was born in 1955 in Sinaloa, Mexico. In 1977, he graduated in communication sciences from The Instituto Teconlogico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. He has served as the CEO of Megacable since the start of its operations in 1982. Megacable is today considered the leading telecommunications company in Mexico. He was also President of the National TV Cable Chamber of Mexico (CANITEC) from 1997 to 1999, where he is still on the board of directors. In addition, he was president of the board of directors of “Productora y Comercializadora de Televisión” (PCTV)”, a major cable programming consortium.
He is a member of the board of directors of Grupo de Telecomunicaciones de Alta Capacidad (GTAC), a board member of the Jalisco Philarmonic Orchesta and president of the board of directors of Organización Empresarial de Alimentos and Productos Selectos de Agave.
