New superhero film "Black Panther" has already proved itself to be a massive hit — since its release last month the total box office tally has already exceeded 700 million dollars. Set in the fictional African country of Wakanda, the Afrofuturistic film has drawn attention to a hunger for narratives which give voice to a culture not often portrayed in Hollywood movies.
