This police patrol vehicle is unique in Africa. It's a Kantanka pick-up, and made in Ghana. Most of the vehicle's bodywork comes from China. But some of the parts are made locally. Kantanka employs 300 workers to assemble the patrol cars. They use fairly low-tech methods - that still function during power cuts.
