World in Progress: Treating Clubfoot in Tanzania

Children who are born with clubfoot, one of the most common birth defects worldwide, face discrimination and often miss out on education, because they're unable to walk to school. The condition can be treated, but that's often not possible for children in rural Africa. In Tanzania an increasing number of kids now get the live-changing treatment.
