World in Progress: How far have we come?

This week marks 70 years of the United Nation's Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It's a milestone document enshrining fundamental human rights – from acknowledging that all human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights to the right to freedom of expression and access to information. Unfortunately, reality often doesn't live up to that.
