World in Progress: Fighting Honduran machismo culture

Honduras in Central America is one of the world's most dangerous countries for women. Every 18 hours, a woman is killed, according to the Violence Observatory at the National Autonomous University of Honduras. Violence against women is common in the country — activists say it's due to the machismo culture. We'll meet the women pushing for change.
