This week, the trial against Dominic Ongwen resumed at the International Criminal Court. Abducted by the NRA as a child, Ongwen became the deputy head of the brutal militia in Uganda. He stands accused of 70 counts of war crimes and crimes against humanity, including murder, torture, rape and sexual slavery. Yet not everyone in Uganda feels his court case will help heal the wounds of the past.
