Will compensation be given to Slovenia's "erased" people?

In 1991 when Yugoslavia broke up, Slovenia declared independence and with it illegally "erased" the identity of people from other parts of the Balkans. Now, things might just be looking up for these people. That's because Slovenia’s government has approved a compensation package for them.
