We've asked Isis: What holds you back? The answer is written on her palm. Isis just had her breasts enlarged in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She told Life Links in #dropdeadgorgeous that all men prefer “big boobs and a smoking hot body”.Image: DW

What is most important to you in your life?
My family.

Realistically, what do you expect from your future?
I hope I can accomplish all my career goals, and I will do everything I can to make them happen.

How do you spend your free time?
I try to be around my family, friends or go to the movies or to the beach.

If you want to reward yourself by doing something special, what do you do?
If it's something I’ve wanted for a long time, I like to go out and celebrate.

It is said that in your country beauty plays a big role in terms of career and upward social mobility - what do you think about that?
Beauty does interfere in a professional career, but I think that's prejudicial. We can all be as equally professional as each other, even with each of us having our personal differences. I don't agree that to start a professional career a person has to be a particular way.

This affected my life a lot. Before I lost weight, it was very hard to get a job interview. Today, it is a lot easier.
