A violent eruption of the Fuego volcano in Guatemala has triggered the evacuation of some 4,000 people. The volcano, one of the most active in Central America, killed more than 190 people in June.
The eruption of Guatemala's Fuego volcano has killed at least 69 people, including children, and dozens more are unaccounted for. Nearby villages have been blanketed in ash, causing more than 3,200 people to evacuate.
At least 99 people are dead and almost 200 are missing following the eruption of Guatemala's Fuego volcano. About 12,000 people have been evacuated.
Rescuers in Guatemala have been hindered in their rescue efforts as a downpour made for treacherous conditions below the Fuego volcano. Officials said the death toll has mounted to over 100.
