US women's soccer team to gain equal pay

The US national men's and women's soccer teams are now the first in the world to receive equal pay and prize money, including for their performance at World Cups. This follows a lawsuit from 28 women's team players.

US Soccer announces equal pay deal for women's national team 18.05.2022
