US regulators are set to decide whether to return to a free market-based approach for the Internet economy. Ajit Pai, the the Chairman of the Federal Communications Commission, has said that he would revoke net neutrality –rules that allow all Internet traffic equally. That would mean Internet Service Providers would be allowed to charge websites so that their data is given preferential treatment.
