Ukraine, Russia sign deal to restart grain exports

Ukraine and Russia have signed a deal to allow the resumption of grain shipments from Ukrainian ports on the Black Sea, following months of Russian blockades. It's expected to help ease global food prices, which have spiked in recent months.
