Chef Ljubisa Stojakovic at the Kalemegdanska Terasa in Belgrade gives us his recipe for a Serbian specialty.
Ingredients (Serves One):
Pork chops 300g
Red and Green Peppers 80g
1 Chilli Pepper
Salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, parsley, garlic
Wash the meat and use a cloth to pat dry. Season with salt and pepper. Grill the chops until they are nearly done. Remove from the pan and keep warm.
Cut the red and green peppers, onions, tomatoes into thin strips. The chilli peppers should be sliced more finely than the other vegetables.
Fry the onion and red and green pepper strips in oil. Add the tomatoes and chilli peppers to the pan with some extra oil.
When the vegetables are soft, arrange them together with the pork chops on a plate. Serve with fried potato.
