Toxicologist: 'Extremely unlikely' that non-state actor attacked Navalny

The Kremlin has denied any involvement in the poisoning of opposition leader Alexei Navalny with the Soviet-style Novichok nerve agent. Brent Goff spoke with the toxicologist Marc-Michael Blum about who could be responsible. In 2018, Blum led the OPCW's mission to the United Kingdom following the Novichok attack on the former Russian spy Sergei Skripal and his daugher.
