A Lebanese citizen who survived the attack on a nightclub in Istanbul said the attacker was firing directly at people lying on the floor. The CCTV camera shows the attacker, who is still at large, entering the club.

The tightened security is a response to last New Year's Eve when shortly after midnight an IS militant attacked a nightclub. The gunman opened fire on a club in Istanbul killing 39 revelers.
