Danish social entrepreneur Thorkil Sonne set up an IT company called "Specialisterne" in 2004. It's a consulting company, that employs people with autism. Their difficulties are often accompanied by unique talents, such as razor-sharp memories, great powers of concentration, precision and an eye for detail. Such skills make them particularly suited to working for computer or software companies. Sonne thought it was unfair that people with autism were practically locked out of the labor market and set himself the ambitious goal of creating one million jobs for them worldwide.
