Birgit Lätitia Böckeler sings for her supper. Her primary job is performing opera arias on a cruise ship. But she's also created a small concert house for herself in Lütjenbrode, a village in Schleswig-Holstein. In the morning Birgit can ride her horse along the beach and, in the evening, sing for 90 paying guests on the top floor of her own home.
