Should Ghana’s blacksmiths build weapons?

Blacksmiths make basic tools from hoes and cutlasses to cooking utensils by recycling metals. They have been useful to society, especially to small-hold farmers who cannot afford modern tools. But they are also accused of manufacturing weapons, which increases insecurity.
