Seneviratne, Dr. Kalinga
Head of Research, Asian Media Information and Communication Centre
Kalinga Seneviratne is a Sri Lanka born journalist, radio broadcaster, television documentary maker and a media and international communications analyst. Currently, he is the head of research and capacity building at the Asian Media Information and Communication Centre (AMIC) in Singapore. He specializes in development communication and feature writing and has been writing for the Inter Press Service (IPS) news agency since 1991. He is also a regular contributor to the Germany-based IDN-InDepth News. He has written and produced many features for print and radio on labor migration issues in Asia.
