Potentially poisoned carp keeping a Gabonese town's economy afloat

A health crisis, or an economic crisis? Those were the two options given to one riverside town in the west-central african country of Gabon. After hundreds of carp washed ashore in July, health officials placed a temporary ban on fishing - a key industry for the local economy.
