Philippe Sands QC is a founding member of Matrix Chambers, Professor of Law at University College London and Judith Pisar Visiting Professor of Law at Harvard University.  His book, 'East West Street', tells the stories of two Jewish lawyers whose experience of the Holocaust led them to develop the concepts of human rights and genocide respectively.
