Professional musician Romeo Franz has been a member of The Greens for just a few years, and now he's running for the Ludwigshafen constituency in the German parliament. His nomination sends a message: Romeo Franz is a member of Germany's Sinti and Roma community. His ethnic background also lies at the root of his main political focus: minority and refugee issues.
