Toyota's C-HR has a conspicuous space-ship-like design. The little SUV is a crossover with a coupé-style chassis, SUV-typical high seats, and high ground clearance. These are what give it its name: C-HR stands for Coupé High Rider.
Luxury sports carmaker Ferrari has said it may build a crossover utility vehicle, calling the SUV market "too big and too inviting" to ignore. It promised the brand's exclusivity would not be compromised.
It'll be the first car show since a German court empowered cities to impose bans on diesel cars, leaving Europe's biggest automakers in a spin. A looming trade war with the US is another worry. Janelle Dumalaon reports.
The German car group is offering owners of older diesel cars rebates of up to 10,000 euros when they trade in their vehicle for a new lower-emissions car. VW subsidiaries Audi and Porsche have announced similar plans.
