No winners as trade spats weigh on global growth

World Trade Organization has slashed its 2019 forecast for global trade to 2.6 percent, from 3.7 percent earlier. WTO Chief Economist Robert Koopman told DW that trade conflicts have led to a "synchronized deceleration."
