Muñoz, Dr. Pablo

Pablo Muñoz is an economist with a focus on environmental and economic accounting. During the last three years he has been working as science director of the Inclusive Wealth Report (IWR) project at the United Nations University (UNU) in Germany. One of his major tasks in the project concerns the development of a wealth accounting system and its corresponding empirical measures for computing the Inclusive Wealth Index of nations. In his previous research, Muñoz was engaged in the study of societal metabolism of industrial societies by use of input-output models applied on a national, regional and global scale.
