Idlib refugee camps suffer from fires, flooding

Bitterly cold temperatures and floods in northwest Syria have worsened the plight of tens of thousands of internally displaced persons, destroying their tents, food and belongings in the midst of winter. DW's Birgitta Schülke reports.
