The Slow Food movement’s biennial event, Cheese, takes place in Bra, Italy. Producers arrive from all corners of the globe and visitors can sample an incredible variety of cheeses. Reporter Dany Mitzman, was particularly captivated by one workshop where the cheese was combined not just with the themes of sustainability and tradition, but also with her favourite Italian speciality: gelato.
