Lockdown in Germany: Toilet roll, 'home office' and data privacy

Meet the Germans host Rachel Stewart invites you to hang out (virtually) at her place as she contemplates the current situation in Germany.

People all over the world are learning to live with differing levels of lockdown. This week's Meet the Germans asks: How are Germans coping with the current social restrictions? What are they panic-buying? And how do they keep themselves entertained during lockdown?

Rachel moved from the UK to Germany in 2016. As a relative newcomer she casts a fresh eye over German clichés and shares her experiences of settling into German life. Every two weeks she explores a new topic for Meet the Germans – from saunas to asparagus or the ins and outs of German small talk.
